It seems that the IFSC Code validation API at @IncomeTaxIndia's end is not working properly. I've consistently received refunds to the same bank account since 2017, but this time it was held up with the reason "Invalid IFSC." Several friends have also reported the same issue.

@amazonIN ordered 16 coins with 16 gift boxes. Was charged 480 for 16 boxes. Amazon sent only 1 box with 16 coins stuffed. Called customer service, executive said couldn’t help and hung up. Need details of the agent I spoke to. This is being taken with consumer court.
