@amazonIN You guys are doing a bullshit service when it comes to order delivery , i have mentioned to deliver the product by 5pm today and i receive call at 7 am in the morning. I spoke to the customer care and they informed it will be rescheduled but nothing happened so far

The amazon app still say delivery on 10th September none your channel work properly
1. Call centre giving fake information
2. When i try to call amazon delivery partner it’s asking for 4 digit pin which not been sent to me
3. Email response only automated email similarly on X
