@DeepikaBhardwaj It's high time, now legislature should think over presumptions as we are living in scientific era and should explore all the possibilities of ascertaining the truth so as to deliver a fair judgement to both parties. Apex court must be gender neutral and should not shield alleged.

@DeepikaBhardwaj Section 112 Evidence Act was made by legislature when they have not even contemplated about DNA as that time DNA profiling was not in existence. Now, scientific evidence should prevail over presumption as Interest of justice is best served by ascertaining the truth.
