@LeafSingh @PassportCan It’s a joke. Over two months for my daughter’s passport, an urgent “two day” transfer made a week ago and nothing. They need to stop lying to say you’ll have it in 20-25 business days 🤦‍♀️

Two and a half months later, we travel in a week and no passport for my child. Despite allowing double the recommended time. Going on 7+ hours on hold over days, to be disconnected and zero assistance. This is not acceptable.
