@Shehzad_Ind Earlier it was 35%, now it has gone to 45% kickbacks in Irrigation, specially in Minor Irrigation Dept. There is no payments for works done 3yrs ago. Every 6 months they're releasing 5-10%, so it'll take atleast 5yrs to get payment. Middle men are breaking deals for unheard sum.
