@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence After being a Airtel customer for 20+ years . Today one of my Airtel number(*****88555) that I have been using from past 9 years is deactivated without any intimation or reason . Both Airtel Store and 121 not able help.

Noone able to resolve the issue .
Can someone look into this on priority please .

@thepolicytimes A welcome move but some genuine customers are affected too . My KYC complaint number that i was using from past 9 years stopped working , any policy on how to get it back or just left the consumers in vain

A portal where genuine customers who are facing issue bcz of this can report To get the same numbers reissued. My Number was 10 years old and was KYC complaint. @AshwiniVaishnaw

My number stopped working for which all the KYC was done properly . No notification was sent to ask for any documentation upgrade if you some issue was seen .
