ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಅನಧಿಕೃತ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣಗಳನ್ನು ತೆರವುಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಕಾರ್ಯ ಮುಂದುವರಿದಿದ್ದು, ಇಂದು ಪಶ್ಚಿಮ ವಲಯದ ನಾಡಪ್ರಭು ಕೆಂಪೇಗೌಡ ಬಡಾವಣೆ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯ ಕನ್ನಹಳ್ಳಿ ಗ���ರಾಮದ ಸರ್ವೆ ನಂ. 9/1ನ 17 ಗುಂಟೆ ಜಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಮಾಡಲಾಗ���ದ್ದ 23 ಅನಧಿಕೃತ ಶೆಡ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ತೆರವುಗೊಳಿಸಿ, ಅಂದಾಜು 10 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ಮೌಲ್ಯದ ಜಾಗವನ್ನು ವಶಕ್ಕೆ ಪಡೆಯಲಾಯಿತು. ಈ ಅನಧಿಕೃತ ಶೆಡ್‌ಗಳಿಂದಾಗಿ 1.5 ಎಕರೆ ಜಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಡಾವಣೆ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳಿಗೆ ತೊಡಕಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆ ವೇಳೆ ಬಿಡಿಎ ಪಶ್ಚಿಮ ವಲಯದ ಎಂಜಿನಿಯರ್‌ಗಳು, ಎಸ್‌ಟಿಫ್‌, ಭೂಸ್ವಾಧೀನ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಕಾನೂನು ವಿಭಾಗದ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.

A small, simple but SIGNIFICANT step in BDA towards ‘Citizen First’:

No more anxiety to citizens who have work with BDA with regard to:

1. Whom to give the petition?
2. Will my petition reach the right hands?
3. Will my petition go missing?

@BDAOfficialGok joins hands with the Department of Posts ( @IndiaPostOffice ) to run the ‘Unified Tappal Inward system’, where the India Post staff will sit in BDA reception cell and receive ALL types of letters, scan every page of it, forward it to the concerned officials in the digital format, through E-office and also give a acknowledgement to the citizen with the date of next follow up.

This ensures transparency, neutrality and efficiency.

This is the FIRST in the country where the services of the Postal Dept is being used to do a critical work inside a government department.

The fiat from the Deputy CM @DKShivakumar to make BDA citizen friendly and accountable to public seems to be working.

The Chairman of BDA, @mlanaharis exchanged the MOU with Postal dept, today. The service is expected to start from 1st January, 2026.
