(3/n) No certain rules specifically say there is a ban on fog lamps and roads are so damaged in Gurugram that we need extra lights to drive at night but these cops have to harass normal people and penalised when ask just what rules are wrong ?

(2/n) They two were the officers and when asked politely which rule are applying to me when both riders were on helmets and under every rule, Just for asking rule , They penalised and mishandling us.
