So far in my two day Godot dev experience I've figured out:
- Basic movement
- NPC dialog system (where I can write simply branching scripts)
- Crouch system that checks for overhead collisions
- NPC head tracking (NPC look at you when you get close enough).
The live .blend linking alone is enough to justify my switch over.... but I have to say it doesn't just feel like "well I guess it's the free option." So far it feels very intuitive (from my extensive two days experience, lol) #GodotEngine
