एक बात समझ नहीं आती कि सारे बैंक अकाउंट अगर आधार एवं PAN कार्ड से जुड़े है तो ये साइबर फ्रॉड होने पे कोई पकड़ा क्यों नहीं जाता? बैंक और पुलिस आपकी ही गलती बताकर पल्ला झाड़ लेते है या कंप्लेन हमेशा के लिए पेंडिंग रहती है

This mob number 9692931780 trapped me online. As he introduced himself @AmazonHelp and transfered money from account. As Amazon didn't solve my issue timely. I got trapped by him as I thought he was an @amazonIN representative. My issue is still not solved by @Amazon.

@AmazonHelp I don't want to share any update. Now fed-up and tired with repeated answers. No solution since I made a complaint on 1 Nov 2024 and got trapped by scammer also.

Purchased a geyser with Amazon. Amazon provided an invoice with the wrong S. No.
Since I made a request on 1.11.24 to correct it, Amazon is not solving the issue.
