सीधे तौर पर खुद पैसे न लेकर प्राइवेट आदमी से वसूली करवाई जाती है, अगर खुद पैसे लेंगे तो कोई फोटो वीडियो निकाल लेगा, मैंने खुद देखा है चौराहो पर और रोड के किनारे पुलिस चौकी बनी होतीं हैं वहां से आप भूसा, बैगास(लकड़ी का बुरादा), या फिर जानवरों से भरे ट्रक ले जाते हो तो वहां एक प्राइवेट आदमी नियुक्त रहता है जो चुंगी के रूप में 20-50₹ लेता रहता है और यह पैसा बाद में साहब को मिल जाता है जिसका उदाहरण यह वीडियो है, अब बताओ साहब का पेट सरकारी तनख्वाह से नहीं भरता है इसीलिए उनको ऊपरी कमाई चाहिए।

👉 ट्रैफिक पुलिस के सिपाही ने बस ड्राईवर की पहले नाक तोड़ दी, उसके बाद अपने बचाव के लिए वीडियो बनाते हुए कह रहा है बस आगे बढ़ाओ पीछे जाम लग रहा है।

👉 ड्राइवर ने कहा देख लो नाक से खून निकल आया है, फिर चिल्लाया सिपाही बस आगे बढ़ाओ, ड्राईवर ने कहा मैं तेरी नौकरी खा जाऊंगा, सिपाही ने कहा नीचे उतर कर आ।

👉 जैसे ही बस ड्राईवर नीचे उतरा उसके बाद आप वीडियो में देखे होंगे कि किस तरह से रोड पर पटक पटक कर ड्राईवर की पिटाई की गई, साथ में दो पुलिस कर्मी और थे जो बीचबचाव के बजाय वीडियो बना रहे थे, जब अच्छी तरह से पिटाई हो गई तब जाकर बीच बचाव करते दिखाई दिए।

👉 ड्राईवर भी तो किसी मां का बेटा है किसी बाप का लाड़ला है, उसकी भी तो कुछ इज्जत होगी, अब आप लोगों को सरकारी वर्दी मिली है इसका मतलब यह तो नहीं कि सीधे मुक्का लात से बात करो।

👉 ट्रैफिक पुलिस को ऐसा बर्ताव नहीं करना चाहिए ड्राइवर अगर गाड़ी नहीं बड़ा रहा था तो बस का चालान काट देना चाहिए, ड्राईवर को कोतवाली ले जाते, बस को सीज कर देते और इससे ज्यादा कौन सी कानूनी की जा सकती थी वो करते लेकिन मारना नहीं चाहिए था।

👉 एक बार सोचिये आप जब इस घायल ड्राईवर का विडियो उसके घर वाले देखेंगे, उसकी पत्नी देखेगी, उसके बच्चे देखेंगे, तो पुलिस को क्या कहेंगे विचार करिए।

@uptrafficpolice मामले को संज्ञान लेकर ऐसे पुलिस कर्मियों के खिलाफ कार्यवाही करनी चाहिए, ताकि आम जनमानस में पुलिस के प्रति गलत सन्देश न पहुंचे, और कानून व्यवस्था पर विश्वास बना रहे।

15 साल बाद भी ट्रेन लेट होने की समस्या जस की तस है।
तत्काल टिकट बुकिंग आज भी टिकट कम और डिजिटल जुआ ज्यादा लगती है।
IRCTC पर लॉगिन , CAPTCHA, OTP, पेमेंट और सीट - सब भगवान भरोसे चलते हैं।

स्टेशन और ट्रेनों में फूड वेंडर मनमानी करते हैं।
कभी ओवरचार्जिंग, कभी खराब क्वालिटी, कभी बिल नहीं - लेकिन कार्रवाई सिर्फ पोस्टर और ऐप में दिखती है।

देश की आबादी बढ़ती रही, यात्री बढ़ते रहे, लेकिन ट्रेन और सीटों का अनुपात उसी पुराने हिसाब में अटका पड़ा है।
त्योहारों पर जनता इंसान कम और मालगाड़ी का सामान ज्यादा महसूस करती है।

सवाल यह है कि जब ट्रेन समय पर नहीं चल रही , टिकट समय पर नहीं मिल रहा , खाना सही दाम पर नहीं मिल रहा और यात्रियों के लिए पर्याप्त ट्रेनें नहीं हैं, तो 2047 का विकसित भारत किस प्लेटफॉर्म से छूटेगा?

रेल मंत्री जी, देश को सिर्फ वंदे भारत की फोटो नहीं चाहिए।
देश को समय पर ट्रेन , आसान टिकट, साफ खाना, सुरक्षित सफर और पर्याप्त सीटें चाहिए।
