@puma shoe bought in Jan and after 2 month observe big holes in inner soul. To my shock was refused replacement as was late by 3 days. Due to my travel and also can’t go specially to get replacement of 2K. From Puma expect better stores empowerment. Mail unreplied.
@NexaExperience in 2nd service reported to POSCO defect in battery and they acknowledged to get warranty replacement from manufacturer. Last 10 days following up for service support but no response. Drama of customer experience is full but in reality no one cares for customer.
