@tim_cook the @AppleSupport is pathetic in @AppleIndia Extremely disappointed with Apple’s service and product quality. Purchased a MacBook Air M2 in Sept 2024 for my nephew, a student at ISI Kolkata, and since then it has been nothing but repeated keyboard failures, endless service visits, and academic disruption.

April 2025 – keyboard failed, laptop kept 10 days.
August 2025 – same issue again, sent to Bangalore, keyboard/top case replaced.
March 2026 – issue returned, ₹3500 charged.
April 2026 – within 15 days SAME PROBLEM AGAIN, and service centre again asked for payment.

Despite paying premium price for an Apple product and even subscribing to Apple services, we are only getting inconvenience, poor coordination, and zero accountability. My nephew had to visit the service centre 8–10 times, remain dependent on friends’ laptops, and his assignments suffered badly.

He is a 2nd-year BSDS student at ISI Kolkata, living away from home for the first time. Instead of supporting students, Apple’s incompetent service process has added stress, delays, and financial burden.

If Apple cannot provide reliable products and competent after-sales support in India, then why sell “premium” devices here? Customers are repeatedly charged for recurring defects with no permanent resolution. Completely unacceptable experience from a company that claims world-class quality and customer care.

माननीय बिहार के मुख्यमंत्री, प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय, और केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्री,

मैं बिहार में एक गंभीर जनस्वास्थ्य समस्या की ओर आपका ध्यान आकर्षित करना चाहता हूँ। हाल के महीनों में मैंने देखा है कि अनियंत्रित उच्च रक्तचाप और ब्रेन हेमरेज के कारण कई लोगों की मृत्यु हो रही है। समस्या यह है कि जिला मुख्यालय अस्पताल बहुत दूर हैं और समय पर इलाज नहीं मिल पाता।

मैं विनम्र निवेदन करता हूँ कि:
- केवल जिला मुख्यालय ही नहीं, बल्कि **ब्लॉक स्तर** पर भी आपातकालीन चिकित्सा सुविधाएँ स्थापित की जाएँ।
- ऐसे मरीजों की निरंतर निगरानी और उपचार की व्यवस्था **प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र (PHC)** और यहाँ तक कि **पंचायत स्तर** पर भी की जाए।
- PHC को प्रशिक्षित स्टाफ, आवश्यक दवाइयाँ और बुनियादी जाँच उपकरणों से सुसज्जित किया जाए ताकि मरीजों को रेफर करने से पहले स्थिर किया जा सके।
- एम्बुलेंस नेटवर्क को मजबूत किया जाए ताकि जरूरत पड़ने पर मरीजों को तुरंत स्थानांतरित किया जा सके।

यह विकेंद्रीकृत व्यवस्था समुदाय के नजदीक समय पर इलाज सुनिश्चित करेगी और अनगिनत जीवन बचा सकती है। मैं आपसे आग्रह करता हूँ कि आपातकालीन चिकित्सा ढाँचे को जमीनी स्तर पर मजबूत करने के लिए शीघ्र कदम उठाएँ।
