@HDFCERGOGIC Regretting I could have ported the policy at lesser premium. Their premium was fixed for 3 years with equivalent benefits of Optima Secure. You should investigate my case & come back with solution or valid reason for not doing it. I am taking this as professional insult. 2/2
@HDFCERGOGIC Hi, I have raised request “Service ID=110-543-751” for upgrade & renewal of my policy to Optima Secure. I started communication before policy expired on 26th Feb, but even after 3 wks, policy could not be renewed. Kindly Intervene ASAP. 1/2
@HDFCERGOGIC Hi Nishant - your team denied upgrade without giving any reason. This is highly unprofessional & more so when we own this policy from 2019. I don’t recall any claim made to this policy in last 7 years. I finally gave up & renewed as it is. 1/2

@cromaretail I give up as nobody has attended complaint even after 3 wks. Your service level has come down drastically, which will surely impact your business. This is Croma product, which you should attend. Meanwhile I am switching to @RelianceDigital , already purchased product yesterday
