@reliancejio@reliancegroup your customer care is a joke. I have been trying to get my Prime subscription cancelled which is clearly possible but your CC says it’s not and no one logs a complaint nor is there any supervisor available. On call now for 28 mins with zero resolution
@JioCare You are clearly not here to assist as you have locked me into a membership I don’t want despite clearly stating on your website that I have the option to exit. After writing mails, sending my no on DM all you’ve done is stated that you won’t do anything about it
@AmazonHelp I purchased the prime membership originally with Amazon probably a decade ago. With my Internet connection I was offered an ext on my membership which I didnt realise will convert it Prime lite. Now I am literally unable to upgrade despite wanting to as provider is not helping
