@hrnext My mom is currently at the hospital for over 18 days with lots of tubes attached and unresponsive. It’s heartbreaking to see her like that and grateful that I can be at her side caring for her. Still hopeful!

@hrnext I also fell into the trap of roti better than rice. However my sugar levels much better with rice instead of wheat in any form. As long as a cup of boiled rice vegetables, lentils and legumes - rice in moderation far better.
