@amazonIN pathetic would be such a small word for ur service and customer care. My orders show as delivered and handed to resident, which is actually yet not delivered. And while speaking to ur customer service thay are just assuring it to be delivered within 24hrs

You shud get this sorted, no customer centricity experienced here. You need to work on ur employees behaviour on how to treat or greet their customers.

@_countrydelight I subscribed on your app seeing the service you provide. Would say it's totally opposite of the same. Worst service ever. Delivery boy doesn't rings the bell, even if ur standing on the door he keeps the milk at ur door step, sometimes delivers to ur neighbours

@dominos @dominos_india What pathetic delivery service. Ordered at 2:11pm and yet waiting for the delivery, order dispatched around 25 mins ago and still time is going on increasing. While the store is 5-7 mins away still ur unable to deliver on time.

Asking for a good amount of Rs.8000 for the screen replacement saying its user mistake. Seriously a good strategy to make money by self destructing the phones screen thru sending software update and the asking a good lumpsum amount to repair the same.
