@whirlpool_india As stated by your service engineer at the time of pickup remaining amount is to paid at the time of delivery and this is the only grievance that I have.
If we have agreed to pay the remaining balance at the time of delivery then why forcing customer to pay upfront.

My parents are senior citizen living alone in Sikandra Rao, company now forcing them to pay remaining amount online before delivery, calling them to come to Aligarh while it was agreed that remaining amount will be paid at the time of delivery.
