Just released the data on Waldenstrom’s lymphoma trial where we achieved complete remission in a patient who had failed all standards of care. This complete remission is now 15 months and is ongoing. So inspired by this result and it validates everything about the power of NK cells. That patient’s bone marrow was overtaken by the cancer with over 95% of the bone marrow cells replaced by tumor. As a Hail Mary the oncologists asked us to try our CARNk with Rituximab even though the patient had recurred on Rituximab. Since we have already rescued BCG in bladder cancer and rescued Keytruda in Lung cancer and 10 other tumor types, we agreed to see if we could rescue Rituximab by restoring immune competence with our NK cells. Well the data speaks for itself.. after only 4 doses of our ex-vivo off the shelf NK cells plus Rituximab, the bone marrow biopsy showed a miraculous change from 95 percent take over by the leukemia cancer cells to a complete response. What was another positive surprise was the finding that even after no further therapy after just 4 cycles ( 8 doses) the patient REMAINS IN COMPLETE REMISSION AT 15 MONTHS AND ONGOING !!!! The approval by Saudi FDA breaks the barrier to changing the paradigm and the path to the cure. Now to work hard to ensure that patients in America benefit from IL15 the most important cytokine nominated by the NIH and NCI in 2012 that could cure cancer. Anktiva is the only approved IL15 stimulant and heralds the next generation of in vivo CART and CARNK cell therapy.

Maintaining immune competence and ALC levels at least above 1.5 matters so much for patients with cancer, with viral infections such as HPV and Covid, and even for longevity!!
