@shorn1982 @ISPEvansville @JasperCityPD Those bluish lights are HID bulbs that were installed in old style reflector housings. The bulbs were never designed for that. It's a violation of DOT regulations, but Indiana doesn't have a law regarding them at this time. HID's ONLY belong in projector headlights, period.
