🧾 Another Blow to Men who think they will get justice in courts…
Wife earns more than the husband, yet the court orders the husband to bear the full expenses of the case.
Bilaspur High Court has once again shown how maintenance & litigation laws are heavily misused against men — even when the wife is financially stronger.
This is not justice. This is systemic harassment of men.
How long will the judiciary keep punishing men based on outdated assumptions while ignoring ground realities?
That is why we always advise men to stay away from courts and never file divorce in courts ..
~ Bilaspur, HC
See, how a woman is abusing and charging at other woman in the presence of Police. @NCWIndia will never take cognizance of such abuse and violence against women. Women commission failed to ensure the safety and protect the dignity of women.
A woman ran over a man's foot while he was walking on the side of the road.
Instead of saying sorry and apologizing, she started threatening him and saying that her husband is in the police.
Also, what's the logic? If her husband is in the police, she can do anything?
A shocking incident from Pune has triggered serious questions about how society views male victims.
According to police, a 27-year-old woman, along with six alleged accomplices, reportedly intercepted a 29-year-old man near a petrol pump after he refused to marry her. The group allegedly forced him into a vehicle and attempted to take him to another district in what investigators believe was an effort to pressure him into marriage.
Police acted quickly after receiving information, rescued the man within hours, and arrested all seven accused. An investigation is currently underway.
Imagine the national outrage if a man and six of his friends allegedly abducted a woman because she rejected his marriage proposal. There would be wall-to-wall media coverage, debates on women's safety, and demands for the harshest punishment.
But when the alleged victim is a man, the conversation often becomes muted.
No means no. Rejection is not a crime. Refusing marriage does not give anyone the right to threaten, abduct, intimidate, or force another person into a relationship.
Male victims deserve the same seriousness, sympathy, and protection under the law as female victims. Equality cannot exist only when the victim is a woman.
Justice Neena Bansal Krishna delivered the judgment while dismissing a plea filed by a woman challenging a civil court order directing her eviction from her mother-in-law's property.
The dispute arose from a marriage solemnised in 2003. Following family disagreements, the couple initially moved out of the mother-in-law's residence but returned in 2014 to live in her self-acquired property.
The mother-in-law subsequently entered into a licence arrangement with her son through a rent agreement, under which he was required to pay ₹3,000 per month.
After the son allegedly defaulted on rent payments, the mother-in-law formally disowned him and terminated his right to occupy the property in 2017.
However, the daughter-in-law and her child continued to reside there.
The mother-in-law later filed a civil suit seeking a permanent injunction to prevent the couple from creating any third-party rights in the property. A decree was passed in her favour in 2019.
Challenging the order before the High Court, the daughter-in-law argued that she was entitled to continue residing in the matrimonial home even if the property was owned by her mother-in-law.
Rejecting the contention, the Court held that the property did not qualify as a "shared household" under the circumstances of the case. It noted that the licence granted to the husband had already been terminated and, therefore, the daughter-in-law could not claim any independent right, title or interest in the property.
Husband Won An RCR Decree; Wife Still Didn't Return
Surely He Can Stop Paying Maintenance, Right?
Wrong.
The Karnataka High Court held that a husband's maintenance liability does not automatically end merely because the wife refuses to return to the matrimonial home despite an RCR decree.
The Court observed that a decree for restitution of conjugal rights must be enforced through proper legal proceedings and cannot be implemented simply by sending legal notices.
Since the husband had not taken steps to legally execute the decree, he was directed to continue paying maintenance and clear the pending arrears.

Remember famous Alok Maurya-Jyoti Maurya Case!
I just spoke to Alok Maurya. I told him that usually, if a husband cheats, he pays alimony.
But in this case, BPSC teacher Gunjan had the affair, and their son wants to live with his father. Because Gunjan has a job and the father will be raising their son,
Question is will Gunjan pay alimony and child maintenance to her husband?

Supreme Court Ends Marriage After 23 Years, Says A Husband Is Not A Prisoner; Courts Cannot Force Husband-Wife Relationship.
A man spent over 23 years living separately, yet the legal battle continued while the marriage remained alive only on paper.
The Supreme Court finally stepped in and made it clear that courts cannot force a husband and wife to remain together when the relationship is completely dead.
This judgment is a reminder that a failed marriage should not become a lifelong punishment, and men too deserve the right to move on with dignity and peace.

Won't Live With Husband. Won't Give Divorce. Still Wants Control?
No cruelty proved. No misconduct proved. Yet the marriage remains stuck because ending it is apparently harder than abandoning it.
The court repeatedly spoke about saving the family, but the focus remained on custody and continuing the dispute rather than rebuilding the relationship.
If you don't want the husband, don't want the marriage, and don't want reconciliation, then why keep the husband trapped in endless litigation and obligations?
Far too many men today are paying the price of marriages that exist only on paper, while their time, peace, and future disappear inside family courts.

There will never be TV debates and outrage about horrific torture and killings of children.
Only Twisha Sharma gets such a privilege. For our media, children do not exist.

These are official numbers. The unofficial ones must be 10 times higher.
I won't say anything. This is empowering.
Most Indian girls support it.
In my opinion, it should be allowed only in rape cases and risk to the mother's life.

A 7-year marriage and a 6-year-old innocent daughter abandoned... just for a boyfriend!
Despite police counseling and her husband's pleas, this woman chose her new love over her own child and family. The helpless husband and the little girl had to return home empty-handed.
When did selfish desires become bigger than a mother's duty and family values? Is destroying your own home for a boyfriend the new definition of freedom?
Bigamy Only Illegal For Husbands?
An Ahmedabad court held that a husband's second marriage amounted to emotional domestic violence and directed him to pay ₹65,000 per month to his wife.
While the judgment focuses on the wife's suffering, it also reopens a long-standing debate about whether identical conduct by women attracts similar legal scrutiny, financial consequences, or public condemnation.
Critics argue that family law jurisprudence continues to evolve in a manner where accountability is often examined through a gender-selective lens rather than a uniform standard.
