This is not acceptable.

Red Tape store charged ₹2600 for a pair that is available for ₹1800 on their own website.

No support, no explanation from store staff when questioned. Customers are being taken for granted.

@flipkartsupport You sent me email on which you are asking to share denial letter by brand. But i want replacement from flipkart because I purchased from flipkart And brand is not agree to share denial letter because that contains that brand is not agree to give service and they are giving repair

I visited the brand service centre @Apple @AppleSupport @theapplehub which is apple service centre, but the brand is denying that we don't provide such kind of replacement promise of 7 days on flipkart. They told that flipkart is misguiding me. I am very unhappy with flipkart
