I replied to their email within 30 minutes, yet they claim I didn't answer their calls. Convenient excuse instead of resolving the issue.

Hey @OlaElectric, what's the official service timeline for a scooter at your service centres?

And if the service centre stops responding & gives no repair timeline, should customers just wait indefinitely? Or is "endless waiting" part of your policy?

Here is the details of my grivance.

Date of Submission at your service centre Gulabbagh, Purnea (Bihar) : 27.06.2026.
Waited for 34 days already. No response from your service centre. No one is answering call or giving any info.

Shri Achal Jindal, Manager (T), NHAI PIU Shimla, was brutally assaulted by the Minister of Panchayati Raj, Himachal Pradesh Sh @anirudhsinghMLA , along with six others.
He sustained serious injuries, including multiple head wounds requiring stitches, and is currently hospitalized.

This is an appalling and unacceptable attack on a public servant discharging his official duties. We demand immediate and exemplary action against all those responsible for this heinous act.

Officer safety is non-negotiable. We stand united.

@OlaElectric Hw many days will it take @OlaElectric 2 repair a minor issue with my scooter? Y were fake promises regarding home services made while purchasing the scooter? It's already been 13 days & d issue is non-responsive from Ola. No follow-ups from Ola even after repeated complaints.

@OlaElectric Pathetic service by ola. My scooter is not getting started so I have registered a complaint for a technician visit. It's been 7days still they have no idea when the technician will visit. When u call, they've no answers. Worst decision to buy Ola electric scooter.
