A soon-to-be resident of Nanakrom at Ashaley Botwe, Nicholas Krobea Asante, has expressed frustration over the poor state of roads in the community, saying he sometimes wishes he could “take the laws into my own hands” to fix the numerous potholes.

@MantseBi_Ago The cause of the floods is largely the amount of rain that poured on that fateful day. The effects of the things you have mentioned are minimal,though we need to keep our eyes on them. What Ivory Coast experienced is far more than what we had here.
@Serwaa_Amihere Are we saying Ghana should not experience flooding no matter the amt of rains that fall? There are some we can control,and some we can't. Wht we need to do is to build mechanism that will get us out of it as quickly as possible. Even China with all their tech experience flooding.
@Joy997FM The recent floods were not caused as a result of anything human. The amount of rains that poured that day could cause floods in any advanced country. As country,we should rather work hard to come out from such situations quickly because we can't prevent them.
