@AlexHormozi Every “engagement enhancing professional” in my DMs saying they can take me to the next level, not knowing I grew my own platforms to over 400K each in a year 🙃
These steps happen unconsciously and in the space of seconds. Becoming more aware of the underpinnings will help you systematically work on them so eventually you can overcome it entirely.
5: You Feel Bad.
Because the way you react isn’t true to who you really are, you feel bad about it. Guilty. You think that there’s something wrong with you. Like you’re broken.
1 minute made my sick to my stomach.
Imagine days of scrolling.
Now I’m sure some is fake (at least I hope), but regardless, this is a perfect example of how someone can literally waste away scrolling through content, especially “content” of this degree.
You deserve better
I’ve only had X (Twitter) for a few weeks now.
I’ve never actually scrolled through the content until today…
What on earth am I looking at?
1st post: A girl throws a pot of boiling water on her boyfriend.
2nd post: Two public figures, who are followed by millions 👇🏻
… who are followed by millions, (and grown adults) calling each other ugly??
3rd post: A man stabbing another man trying to rob his store, multiple times.
4th post: A man waving a gun around and accidentally firing a shot into the background of his house.

How to sound more confident when you have anxious attachment 👇🏻
Needy/Clingy:
“Hey, I never got a text back. Are we okay? Did I do something wrong?”
Healthy/Confident:
“Hey, you never responded to my text. I don’t want to assume anything so I’m just checking in to see why?”
An insecure person will look at someone hurting them and think:
“What can I do so they love me better?”
A secure person will look at that same situation and say:
“I’m going to walk away and find better.”
Becoming secure is a choice 🧠🫶🏻
