I met international goalkeeper Rashid Mazaheri in St Petersburg in 2018, he was in the Team Melli squad for the world cup and although he didn't play he was such a nice guy and so generous in his time with fans.

Many of the current #TeamMelli have played alongside him.

He has been in solitary confinement in Urmia Central Prison after criticising the Iranian regime in January #IranMassacre‌.
