@_PVRCinemas First visit to PVR Cinemas Agra for Project Hail Mary. The theatre was clean, new, and well-maintained—great overall ambience.
However, raising a complaint regarding F&B service. Ordered pizza & coffee during the interval, but it was delivered after the movie ended—

Didn't have platform ticket. To which he said, ab jyada bologe to 1500 rs fine lgega fir. I even showed him scooty helmet I was wearing and the keys to scooty.

How fair is this??
I have been buying even 10 rs passenger train tickets.

It feels really unfair and harassing.

And kindly start another MEMU train connecting FZD-MTJ during noon time.
