SLT does nothing. Child continues to disrupt. I hand in my notice. Colleagues continue to experience the same issues.

You just f**king cope, & deal with it.

Because that’s exactly what life is all about. Dealing with other people & differing opinions.

It’s precisely WHY ‘bringing your entire, authentic self to work’ & ‘identity politics’ is such a bloody dim-witted, self-defeating move, because it AUTOMATICALLY creates environments which fosters division & seeks to place individuals at loggerheads.

It’s a FAILED EXPERIMENT, PEOPLE!

@emma_shircliff @afjgillespie All schools I worked at were aware of & would take into account pupils' medical needs. These pupils would be given toilet passes. Schools have to deal with all sorts of (often extremely serious) misbehaviour in toilets. The likely reason this school implemented such a policy.
