#Delta issues continue. Engine fire at LAX today; diversions with delays >24 hrs in Azores July 7, Anchorage Alaska on July 5. And, as one impacted, their customer service has not been stellar!
@Delta@deltacustomer01 Like other recent flights- our flight was diverted just the day before, also for >24hrs. Why aren’t you taking responsibility for passenger financial losses?
@Delta@DeltaCustBroma The day before you diverted a flight to the Azores, our international flight was diverted for serious mechanical issues, also for >24hrs. Why aren’t you supporting customers financial losses?
@deltacustomer01 What’s up with maintenance and customer care? One day before you diverted a flight to Azores for >24hrs, our DL189 flight diverted to anchorage for 26hrs for leaking jet fuel on right engine. Now saying not responsible for $losses? (Montreal Convention)….
@Delta The day before you diverted a flight to the Azores for >24hrs, DL189 was diverted to Anchorage for 26hrs due to jet fuel leaking on our right engine. Not responsible for financial losses (Montreal Convention)? Worried about recent mechanical issues and customer service!
@Delta The day before Delta diverted a flight to the Azores, our flight (DL189) to Seoul was diverted to Anchorage due to a fuel leak from the right engine. We were delayed 26hrs. Delta claims no responsibility for our financial losses despite the Montreal Convention?!
@iwashyna Got it for the first time in late March. Barely avoided admission as my sats dropped. 53 hrs after taking paxlovid my sats were 99!!!! Was still rough though….
