@NandosUK First time ever absolutely shocking service and food at your Starcity branch. Understaffed team meant food sitting there for 15mins and then being brought to the table cold and having to be sent back, including sending out kids mac and cheese in a tiny pot.

@Metro_Bank Genuinely need to have better customer service.....cnt believe I had to wait over 50mins across 2 visits just to get some travel money and even then it was counted wrong!! Not getting the basics right will result in longer term failure!
