@TicketmasterCS please can someone advice - I’m owed £300 refund for re-sale of tickets, the auto system saying it can’t verify my ID, it’s been weeks and no reply to my customer service ticket, and twitter DMs saying “we will reply asap”.
Has anyone been through this please?

@TicketmasterCS I sold my tickets (bought a different date) I received an email on the 15th June saying my refund has been processed, it will take 5 working days for the money, today is the fifth day, no refund but I’ve just been sent the same email again? Does that mean another 5 days wait?
