Who are you mentoring?
What happens to your church if you die or leave?
Who are you investing in?
Is your leadership style toxic?
Are you prone to jealousy over the successes of other leaders?
Are you praying?
Are you disciplining?
Are you stepping out of your comfort zone?
Are you accountable to anyone?
How is your marriage?
How do you treat your children?
Are you the same behind closed doors as your are in the open?

These are questions we must ask ourselves as leaders.

Church, there’s so much more to the gospel than that.
