Lord Advocate & Solicitor General are both Scottish Ministers, s44 Scotland Act 1998. They act unlawfully by Scots, UK, & international law by directing police investigations. Can they get anything right?

Ayrshire & Arran Procurator Fiscal on a very preventable NHS death: 'We have a death certificate so we are not going to investigate'. So did all of Dr Shipman's 400 victims and hundreds at Gosport Hospital. No competence. No clue.

Scots judiciary even manage to fail test of independence. No indy prosecution service, or indy police. Courts only deal in cases given by ScotGov who control evidence. This is all unlawful (HRA and ECHR).

The law officers unlawfully (s5 Police & Fire Reform Act 2012) give instructions to the Act Chief Constable Iain Livingstone. He then acts on unlawful instructions. Not set best example to criminals.

Scottish law officers -major ten failings in law, incredibly poor. Means they put the Scottish justice system at high risk of collapse. Their position is untenable. If they stay our justice system goes.

Scottish law officers not got a clue on patient safety law, Dr Shipman would be safe from detection here. We even have 50% of death certificates in error (ref NHS Scotland's HIS). No competence = no role in patient safety
