I’ve trusted you with my health for over 16 years, investing not just my trust but my money—no loans, no credit, just a genuine commitment to your services. Today, I am at the hospital, admitted with severe abdominal pain that’s almost unbearable.
Yet, I’ve been told that the hospital is still waiting for your approval before I can receive medication or any relief. I am left to endure the pain while waiting for approval.
