@Danny_Heifetz a shovel/pitch is not a full throwing motion, so it feels cheap to allow it to bail you out in this situation. But it's definitely not a fumble. IMO it should be automatic grounding if you intentionally shovel or pitch it onto the ground in front of you while being sacked
@Skopin_EH@NtsBlts@_wsage no, because behind the line of scrimmage, you can throw to a receiver who is anywhere on the field. If you're past the line of scrimmage, you'd be able to throw to anyone who is currently behind you, even if the ball goes forward. It's not that hard to understand
@DanHanzus This is as bad as the Frank Reich Panthers right now. The legacy of that trade just keeps getting more twisted with this happening and Bryce balling a little bit
@Alchemyeent@thechosenberg How is it a lot of commitment? Maybe learning ASL is fun for him or he thinks he can use it later in life. Adding a language or skill is not “commitment” it’s just using your time to learn something
@MoreThenFour@BichaelRender @ididadev @bryancsk@nooriefyi I take issue with your framing that speed cameras are somehow reducing police interactions. They are still everywhere, doing all the bad stuff they've always done. If anything, there's more of them and they're being paid more to do it.
@MoreThenFour@BichaelRender @ididadev @bryancsk@nooriefyi so your position is that a camera which is designed to monitor public spaces and automatically send your identifying information to law enforcement when it perceives wrongdoing…. is not…. surveillance?
@BichaelRender @ididadev @bryancsk@nooriefyi Well that’s not even close to true. It’s less than when you’re in your home, sure, but it’s not like you can be pulled over for no reason. And I’m not even trying to argue speed cameras are over the line, I’m just saying it’s not paranoia to resist surveillance
@BichaelRender @ididadev @bryancsk@nooriefyi everything should be balanced against our enshrined right not to be disturbed in our private affairs. I'm not saying speed cameras necessarily violate that - I acknowledge that they have a legitimate purpose - but it's not paranoia to resist incursions into your right to privacy
@VeritasEver@MusingsbyEliza@JulieNelsonKARE much less painful than the deaths of the people who couldn't get their medicine so he could buy another yacht. Those deaths were slow, brutal. His was quick.
@JulieNelsonKARE maybe he should have lived a life of virtue instead of a life of lavish wealth built on the pain and suffering of thousands of sick people?
@DianeOhiodiane@0renWatson@JustAnAlgorithm I don't condone applauding it. However, he was someone who enjoyed a lavish lifestyle of wealth and luxury built on the intentional infliction of suffering and slow, painful death. He suffered one brief moment of pain before his own untimely death. There's nothing to be sad about
@DanHanzus Appreciate the acknowledgment. We’ve been the NFL’s punchline for so long, but we are playing good football right now and should have a bigger lead in this game
