Come here, again,

Still on SGR and Nairobi Expressway:

By now, we all know that China funded SGR 90% [KES 450 billion]

But to commit, China wanted proof that Kenya can fund the balance 10% [KES 50 billion]

So, Kenya Railways borrowed KES 50 billion from the treasury.

HOWEVER, the treasury deposited KES 644 BILLION [Instead of KES 50 billion]!

This begs the question,

Why did Kenya borrow KES 450 billion from China when it could have funded the entire SGR budget of KES 500 billion?

So, total money received KES 450 [China loan] + KES 50 [Kenya Railway] + KES 594 [GHOST LOAN from treasury] = Total approx KES 1.1 trillion.

Now,

KES 500 billion built the SGR.

Balance = KES 594 Billion.

Of this balance [594 Billion], a portion of it [KES 100 Billion] is suspected to have been used to build the Nairobi Expressway through Proxies, shadowy private companies masquerading as China Roads and Bridge.

So, who took the balance [KES 494 Billion]?

NO EUROBOND built SGR.

NO EUROBOND built Expressway.

Where is EUROBOND?

Let us face Kenyans directly in their eyes and tell them THE TRUTH.

Only a PUBLIC AUDIT of our DEBT REGISTER will reveal the true status of our domestic and foreign debt obligations.

For every KES 100 received by the Government as revenue, KES 70 is used to pay these loans.

KES 30 is left for government functions, and that is why so many illegal FUNDS are being set up.

Kenya is now like someone with endless FULIZA on his SIM card:

"Don't send money on this number [Consolidated Fund], it has FULIZA, send the money on my new numbers (Infrastructure, Wealth, Housing levy FUNDS)."

This is not sustainable.

This is Voodoo Economics.

This is unconstitutional.

The individuals who pocketed the Eurobond should be held accountable.

Otherwise, when the storm shall gather, there will be nowhere to hide.

President William Ruto is no longer governing Kenya.
He is protecting himself.

When lies collapse, a clever conman does not apologise he divides.

He has done it before. He is doing it again.

In 2007, he weaponised Kalenjin pain against Kikuyu neighbours.
Today, as president, he is engineering suspicion Luo, Luhya, Kalenjin vs Kikuyu not because tribes hate each other, but because a cornered man needs enemies to survive.

Look closely:

Luhyas are refusing. They say: we won’t be used.

Kisiis are resisting. They say: our struggles are shared.

Ordinary Kenyans are tired. They say: our problem is poverty, not tribes.

So what does Ruto do?

He reaches for the oldest, dirtiest tool in Kenyan politics:
outsourcing tribal venom.

He doesn’t shout it himself.
He uses compromised Luo elites, desperate men with positions but no dignity, to spit poison on his behalf to provoke Kikuyu anger, to trigger fear, to recreate siege politics.

Not because Kikuyus are the problem.
Not because Luos are the problem.
But because unity terrifies him.

Three years in office. Nothing to show.

What remains of the promises?

Bottom–up? A slogan, not a system.

Hustlers? Crushed by taxes, levies, licences, and police harassment.

Cost of living? Worse than ever.

Free healthcare? A lie buried in unpaid SHA bills.

Wi-Fi in markets? A joke.

Uplifting small traders? They’re closing shops.

Pampers for newborns? Insulting theatrics while maternity wards collapse.

Every promise was cheap marketing.
Every rally was a sales pitch.
Every speech was a con.

Now that the lies are exposed, he has switched scripts.

Yesterday it was Hustler Nation.

Today it is Singapore.

Same trick. New costume.

Singapore had discipline, integrity, institutions, and consequences.
Ruto offers none of that only debt, propaganda, and repression.

You cannot build Singapore on:

corruption without shame

taxes without services

debt without production

tribal division without trust

You don’t leapfrog from chaos to miracle by talking harder.

This is the danger.

A president who has failed economically
will always try to survive ethnically.

A leader who cannot deliver prosperity
will manufacture fear.

A man with nothing to show
will always point fingers.

Kenya is not broken because of Kikuyu.
Kenya is not suffering because of Luo, Luhya, Kalenjin, or Kisii.

Kenya is bleeding because it is being ruled by a man
who mistakes manipulation for leadership
and propaganda for vision.

This is not about tribes.
This is about truth vs deception.
Competence vs conmanship.
Unity vs manufactured hatred.

History is watching.
And it never spares leaders who rule by lies and division.

No amount of slogans will save this project.
