Charity seeking to signpost victims of #antisocialbehaviour to where they can get help. Gathering information on victim experiences and lobbying for change.
With the Crime and Policing Act reaching Royal Assent on 29th April 2026, we have written up a blog which breaks down the changes to anti-social behaviour legislation and what this means for victims of ASB.

In 2025, Resolve's YouGov survey found that 56% of victims/witnesses didn't report ASB to anybody.
We want to understand why.
If you have experienced ASB and didn't report it, please complete our survey and share your experience with us: https://t.co/RQHqn4B0kL
So many victims of anti-social behaviour come to us having already been dismissed or passed between agencies. By the time they reach us, feeling unheard has become part of their experience of ASB itself.
Another two councils from the Humberside region have signed up to our PLEDGE:

"Yet victims routinely describe a justice process marked by long delays, poor communication and responses that can compound victims’ trauma, not ease it."
For victims of ASB, this reality is not new. We hope to see reform that improves these outcomes for victims.
The King’s Speech is more than ceremony.
It’s a signal of government priorities - and a test of where victims sit within them.
In a blog, I set out why this moment matters, and what a clear vision for victims and the justice system should look like.

Yesterday, we were pleased to present @BracknellForest with their PLEDGE certificate.
Signing up to the PLEDGE involves an organisation going through a review process to ensure their ASB case Review procedure aligns with best practice before they are awarded certification.
The Victims’ Code sets out the rights victims should receive after a crime - but too often those rights aren’t delivered.
With a revised Code now being consulted on, we have a real chance to get this right. In my blog, I set out what needs to change.

Last week, we had the delight of presenting @Humberbeat with their PLEDGE certificate following their successful sign-up.
We are pleased to see an increasing number of agencies demonstrating their commitment to embedding best practice into their ASB Case Review process.
We have already heard from @asbhelp on the PLEDGE which aims to put victims at the heart of addressing anti-social behaviour while @humberbeat's Doug Blackwood is discussing the force's ASB action plan
Last week, the Crime and Policing Bill reached Royal Assent.
