🤮 My worst nightmare became the turning point in my life.

For weeks, I went through one of the hardest experiences I've ever faced. At the time, it felt like there was no way forward.

😐 Being incarcerated came with a lot of unspoken rules and challenges. Every day taught me something new about the choices I'd made and the direction my life was headed.

👊🏽 Looking back now, I realize that life wasn't leading anywhere I wanted to be. It forced me to grow, take responsibility, and become a stronger person.

💡 What once felt like my biggest setback became one of my greatest lessons. It shaped the person I am today and gave me a new purpose.

🌦️ Today, I'm grateful to be free, healthy, and building a better future. If my story can help even one person make a better choice, then sharing it is worth it.

🍣Never in my life have I had such fresh anything! Words cannot describe how good this was!

Puerto Galera was EPIC to say the least! Some of the most crystal clear water I’ve ever seen in my entire life! Unbelievabl!

The hardest thing for me to go back to America is gonna be giving up the fresh coconuts, amazing food, the nicest people I’ve ever been in my life are from the Philippines!🇵🇭

there’s about 7000 islands here which one should I go to next?!?🤔🛩️👋🏼

This might sting a bit friends but it’s coming from a place of love ❤️
My motivation is that when I have kids, I want them looking up to me in every single area! I don’t want them looking up to some other man as their hero instead of their dad!!
Can you stand there and feel great about how you look??
If you’re not then what’s holding you back?
level up the 1 vehicle we will have our entire life!
It’s not important to everyone, but there’s not a single man in this world that doesn’t want to look really good with his shirt off..
Age doesn’t matter if you’re just consistently doing 100 push-ups and 100 squats a day you’ll see results after a few months.
15-30min a day to start will make a drastic difference! Let’s get it!💪🏽
