@AmericanAir could you let us know why there is yet another delay on the 5:51pm flight to London from Phoenix? If you are going to continue delaying it, we would like some sort of actual explanation for it and why we haven’t gotten anymore compensation besides one food voucher?

@AmericanAir Sorry but that’s not enough explanation as for why no information was relayed to the many passengers of the full flight that has been here for over 7 hours. “oh we don’t know when we will have a full crew” is not an explanation you give to passengers who paid a lot for a service
