@brockmcgillis33 I'm not that kind of doctor, so definitely take what I say with a grain of salt, but it seems like a process of elimination diagnosis. I'm not in Canada, but is it a thing to have a doctor require changes in living environment to force a landlord to remove mold?

@brockmcgillis33 There are folks that absolutely have reactions to mold that result in negative health consequences, no matter if levels are considered "liveable". Just bumping around the internet, I've definitely heard of stories like yours, with YouTuber Mia Maples being a prominent example
