@NJTRANSIT There’s nothing more stressful than the gamble of if NJT will run on time/at all or if they wont and blame it on @Amtrak because it’s never your fault.
Leave it to @NJTRANSIT to charge you full price while being delayed 30 min AND diverted to Hoboken…. Should be criminal at this point with the games they play…

Hey @NJTRANSIT was just told by a conductor I’m subject to a cash only $5 penalty for not having my ticket active the second I get on the train. Sounds like a great way for you and your staff to continue to abuse and rip off your customers. Is this actually true?
