@RoyalMail is there anyway to actually speak to someone, 3 times this week call wait times of over 2 hours. Can you explain why 5 times in the past two weeks your Malmö road delivery office fails to deliver 24hr tracked and it says "unable to attempt delivery"

Does anyone know of any executive contacts at @madebygoogle @GoogleUK @Google they would be kind enough to share with me? I've been told I have to wait 60 days for my trade in refund. Equating to over £1400. I've raised multiple cases and not got anywhere with support.
