@juliakenney_ Hi Julia, I like your response. I also discussed leaders role at using their platform to influences their views and spread awareness. I think your discussion choice for Taylor is accurate. Nice!
@AdarshGnan86977 HI Adarsh, I agree with you. I think Oprah is primarily a celeb however her charity efforts and other decisions have impacted her large fanbase. Nice reply.
#LIDC90 Drake, a celeb because of his music. He is also a leader, fans can be moved by his decisions. The article stated, "the typical celebrity was a mature man venerated for his professional accomplishments."

@jooeunmiinLIDC HI! I agree with the article and Kahai as I do think for leaders to maintain successful in the digital age they need to stay up to date with newest models. If not they may lose their following because their base may move to other platforms or outgrow the leaders old tech designs.
@daisygrant18389 Hi, I think this idea could be debatable, especially by teens as they may feel targeted. However, I do believe it is great that Meta is taking action to help ensure the safety of their younger users. I wonder if this will be implemented soon. #LIDC90
@yingkai26466 I think transparency and emotional intelligence are great topics for being successful in a virtual setting as a leader. It facilitates trust between the audience and the leader. The audience will be more open to using their platform as a resource. Nice choice!

In the Kahai article, we read previously, they discussed the need to stay updated on the changing digital world. This article also touches slightly on that point, emphasizing the need to stay up to date on emerging trends. #LIDC90
@SD_SD1416 I think the same about your choice of a leader. When popular influence uses their platforms for the right reasons, pushing for what's right it creates a community that will support it. Celebrity hold great power to do so and should be using their pages for the right reasons.
@44Jerod44 I agree with your reply. Bill Gates actively is present on social media outlets such as Twitter, spreading constant awareness to those who follow or see his page. With such a large following, Gates creates a large impact on people around him.
@Yasmeenmufleh23 I like your choice of a leader. I think Greta is a great example because she talks about important global topics such as climate change. As you said, she targets her younger audience using Twitter. She is also younger and is setting a great example for her audience.

From "6 skills Leaders Need..", leaders need to build partnerships. KamalaHQ shares theirs with Taylor Swift. Not only, do they gain support, it makes them a more reputable leader virtually as they show strong social connection to well-known figures.
