@AsdaServiceTeam @asda it’s been over 30 hours since my order was suppose to arrive… still you haven’t even cancelled the order despite 5 calls to your customer service team who always say “the store has to cancel it” even though it’s impossible to get through to the store!

@AsdaServiceTeam hi purchased a apple crumble see receipt. Unfortunately this was obviously stored the wrong way up on the store, when opened it, the crumble fell out of the box and the apple was all in one corner. I tried to make it look good but there wasn't enough crumble left

@AsdaServiceTeam We are having issues trying to checkout our basket. We have tried both the app and web browser. Tried 2 different browsers and the same issue. Click on 'Confirm Amendment' and get this error:- 'We could not take payment right now. Try again later.'

@Avis prepaid for toll along with my prepaid booking yet was charged for toll separately! Not ok and customer service is terrible.
