@AxisBankSupport sent and I already connected with ur customer care team and they clearly told me they don't have any option to do part payment for education loan online which is very inconvenient.

Hi @AxisBank Why there is no online option for part payment of education loan. This is so inconvenient.
Despite being a listed and high revenue bank, you lack a basic option.
Why a payer has to go to bank each time to do any part payment.

Today mrng I went to BOI ATM fr cash withdrawal & while I waited for my cash and ATM was continuously beeping, I noticed thr ws extra layer attached by scammers & 1 prsn ws standing out. He left when I took my cash. Hw s this possible aftr so mny cameras?

I hv received more than 10 calls from ur team since morning for #emi offer on my #credit_card bill. After informing that I don't require, I am receiving calls after few minutes.
Do you provide credit card to your customer just to harass them later?
