@manas_muduli But the proposed metro criss crosses across the heart of the city, passing major choke points & connecting 2 industrial areas on the opposing side of the city. Jaipur was already ready for this 5 years ago, now it will take 10 more years probably.
@manas_muduli A jaipurite this side, the current metro project is much smaller and operates in a route where metro was not need of the hour, but Jaipur is a much more dynamic, proactive and expanding city vis a vis Bhubaneswar. (1)
Nicest kids suffer the most.
Not because they are fragile.
But because they are open.
They assume others think the way they do.
They expect fairness, honesty, basic decency.
They give trust before it is earned and loyalty without a contract.
They listen more than they speak.
They feel more than they show.
They forgive quickly and blame themselves slowly.
So when the world is careless, they take it personally.
When words are sharp, they carry them home.
When love is uneven, they still give their full share.
Life teaches them early that kindness needs boundaries.
That being good is not the same as being safe.
That empathy without self-respect becomes exhaustion.
The nicest kids don’t lose because they’re soft.
They suffer because they haven’t yet learned where to stop giving.
If they survive without turning bitter, they become rare adults.
Kind, but not naïve.
Gentle, but unbreakable.
And that is a strength the world can never take from them.
@varun067 You are talking about a post-money individual, free from the struggle to earn decent living, hence he/she can just do stuff as pure hobby, nothing else.
But Naval was talking about it in context of earning well as well as being happy together.
On 4th June the markets had fallen. Many Retail Investors placed orders for their Mutual Funds before 3pm.
The NAV allotted to them should have been for 4th.
But, they got their Mutual Funds allotted based on NAV on 5th.
This robbed them of their rightful gains.
I thought this is some kind of anomaly. And, maybe it happened with a handful of people.
But, when I checked within my investment community: I was surprised to see the extent of this problem.
Just bringing to everyone's notice.
But, no one literally stands up for small guys.
