Turkey will most likely not get the F-35 because I don’t think they even want it anymore. It seems their main goal is to obtain jet engines for KAAN, and they’ll most likely achieve that. However, Trump will probably still announce an F-35 deal, only for it to be blocked by Congress. That would give Israel a symbolic victory and allow everyone to save face. A win-win scenario for everyone

Marshall yardımları, MDAP ve MAP gibi askeri-sivil yardım programları devreye girince, bu ülkelerin savunma sanayileri büyük oranda ABD'ye bağımlı hale geldi.

Sadece Fransa, kibrinden yahut bağımsızlık tutkusundan taviz vermedi. Özellikle De Gaulle döneminde Fransa, kendi askeri-endüstriyel kompleksini toparlamayı ve bağımsızlığını koruyabildi.

Dolayısıyla, bu iş mühendislik veya bütçe işi değil, en başta siyasi irade işi. Kıran kırana açık-kapalı mücadele ede ede bugünlere bir şekilde gelindi. Bunun ismini koymak lazım. Sonradan geleneği, kültürü, hakk teslimini kime yapmamız gerekiyorsa yapalım. Ona diyecek bir şeyim yok.

The line was ideally meant to be France–Germany–Poland–Ukraine according to Brzezinski, but Ukraine was too far forward and provoked Russia and its is bleeding to death. Now the entire burden is on Poland for the nightmare scenario. The Baltics are expendable and will fall swiftly.

Guess the only country that has a fully operational and battle-hardened military, with 70,000 personnel stationed across 13 different countries and many military bases, plus its own local arms industry -jet fighters, drones, ammunition, artillery, howitzers, naval forces, and all the rest- while being pushed out of Europe politically and its citizens can't even get tourist visas to Schengen zone.
