Good government requires making compliance relatively easy. If you need to registered for a website to pay taxes, management licenses, or submit filings - the website should work well.
@TKopelman Sure, those are risks, but it ultimately depends on the numbers. If you have a huge gain and rental market is soft - sell. If you have a smaller gain, dont need the equity for new buy, and can make some good rental fees - try it for a year!
