Its been a long road, many thanks to everyone who participated in this!
My hand is shaking as I type this.
I received a DM from a 20-year-old. He says that he is suicidal.
The reason? He has spent a lot of time into coding but he isn't able to keep up with the talented devs around him (esp. those who are younger than him).
Knowing how to migrate with confidence is an undervalued skill for any engineer.
In my experience, migrations are often the longest-running projects, that many engineers try to stay away from.
I'm writing down a "toolset" for migrations. Let's start with shadow + rollout:

CSS tip:
When you work with transparent images you can use `drop-shadow()` filter function to create a shadow on the image's content, instead of `box-shadow` property which creates a rectangular shadow behind an element's entire box:
filter: drop-shadow(2px 4px 8px #585858);
I often hear this notion of "To fix performance we will need to make heroic changes!"(re-write/design/architect), often you can make a big difference with profiling and fixing stupid problems. Examples from current work something:

Principles I remind myself each day:
* Don't let praises go to the head, be humble & wise
* Ignore insults, it's a reflection of lack of maturity
* Quietly help others anywhere possible
* Listen & understand other's views
* Focus on learning, there's so much to learn & relearn
