@george_morwell If there’s one thing I’ve learnt from this, there are lots of people who suffer anxiety in silence and people need to start talking about it and helping each other. Everyone is different I know but talking about it and sharing strategies has got to be a helpful thing

@george_morwell Just starting on this journey, my anxiety is around a fall I had and now I struggle every time I have to stand up. I’ve been given some simple exercises to try and build my confidence back up. Talking to others is helping me though as well
